Expt: Making an indicator from a red cabbage

Care with hot water.
Instructions
1. Cut a red cabbage leaf into small pieces. 2. Place it into a 400cm3 beaker with 250cm3 water. 3. Heat using a Bunsen burner until boiling. 4. Boil gently for 10 minutes. 5. Filter the mixture and allow to cool.
